56 Boko Haram Members Arrested While Searching For Food

Hunger hits Boko Haram members

The Military authorities arrested a group of 56 terrorists in Borno State, who were moving from village to village in of search food.
Brigadier-General Chris Olukolade reports that some of the members of the group were moving around in Toyota Land Cruiser Jeep which was suspected to have been stolen, and were thus arrested later at Daban Masara village while looking for food.
The weapons that were found in their possession were AK-47 rifles, single-barrel shotgun, double-hand shotgun, and various calibers of arms.
According to Olukolade, they were believed to be stranded terrorists who were keen to establish new camps.
