2000 Nigerians Flee Into Niger Republic Over Boko Haram-Nigerian Army Clash

It was reported that more than 2000 Nigerians from Borno State flee into Niger Republic following the clash between Nigerian Army and Boko Haram sect.
A journalist (named withheld) who was travelling in the border of Nigerian and Niger Republic confirmed that between Saturday evening and Sunday, over 2000 Nigerians from villages around Abadam local government area fled their houses and went to Bosso, Diffa State, Niger Republic.
According to him, the villagers became uncomfortable when the soldiers arrive their villages. He also said that they have decided to leave their homes because of the sounds of bombs and deadly weapons scared them.
